Your Legal Rights:

Consumer Rights act 2015

When you buy goods from us, you have legal rights as a consumer. These include the right to request a refund, replacement, repair, and/or compensation if goods are faulty or not as described. 

You have a legal right to a full refund for faulty goods, those not as described or that do not work for their intended purpose within 30 days of purchase.

After the initial 30 days, you lose the automatic right to a full refund.

You’re still entitled to a repair or replacement. If this isn’t possible a refund may be possible- to be dealt with by management.

You can make a claim for faulty goods for up to 6 years.

Within the first 6 months, it’s assumed the fault was there at purchase unless the retailer proves otherwise.

Online Orders:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at retail@grace-son.co.uk. If your return is accepted, it is your responsibility to return the item to us in its original condition via recorded delivery. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In Store Purchases:

In addition to your legal rights, we accept returns if you change your mind. Items must be unused and returned with the original receipt or with proof of purchase with a customer account within 30 days. In these cases, we will offer an exchange or a credit note in the form of a gift card.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non refundable and return shipping must be paid for by the customer.
